Consider/Approve Request from Hillcrest Elementary
School to Attach Cabinets in School Classroom

Background Information:

Hillcrest Elementary has requested permission to attach cabinets to a wall in a classroom. The Tennessee Internal School Uniform Accounting Policy Manual provides, “The local board must approve the construction or installation of permanent fixtures.”

Staff Recommendation:

As the request is in compliance with rules, regulations, and policy, I recommend approval of the request from Hillcrest Elementary.
